Second, the pricing is based on the distance from the center of the depicted areas defined by the circles. Refer to the distance circles and legend for associated pricing.

The base service fee includes the following:
1. Pick up ashes in the TriCities, WA and receipt of custody for the cremated remains. Ashes may also be mailed by US Postal Service.
2. Other pickup locations are priced separately.
3. Aerial release of the cremated remains at a selected location – no specific time or date.
4. The aerial release is normally accomplished within 14 days of receipt of the cremated remains.
5. Commemorative Certificate mailed to the authorizing individual within 14 days of the aerial release.
All releases include a certificate of release with the deceased name, authorizing individual, coordinating agency, time, date, and latitude & longitude of the release. Additional copies available for $25 each.

Note: Specially selected sites like farms, public land, water ways, etc., must comply with the Federal Aviation Regulations and Washington/Oregon/Idaho state law. Consultation and coordination for these sites is included in the Add On pricing.
