Meet The Rest On High Team

Jonathan Ray (Jon) is the business owner and primary pilot. Jon is an experienced aviation professional with over 5,600 hours of flight time in helicopters, turboprops, jets and small civil aircraft.  During his 22-year military career, Jon flew combat missions, served as a maintenance pilot, as an operations officer, an aviation safety professional, an aircraft program manager, and as the commanding officer of a Marine squadron. 

During his time as a military pilot, he also served as a pilot on the Marine One Presidential Flight Detachment during the Reagan administration and later managed the Presidential fleet of aircraft during the Clinton administration. He most recently served as a pilot, the aviation safety officer, and  aviation manager for a large government contractor flying special mission aircraft performing worldwide missions. Jon has a BA from Michigan State University and has attended numerous training and command level schools during his career in the Marine Corps and in corporate aviation.

Dr. Eileen Griffin is the business strategist and advisor. Eileen holds a bachelor’s from Purdue University, an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene, and a Ph.D. from Gonzaga University and has over 20 years of business experience in leadership and strategy. 

Harold Griffin, M.B.A., manages the company accounting and financial matters. Harold has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Holy Cross College and an MBA from Northwestern University. Harold also has over 30 years of management experience with Kodak and Sony.
